| Mr. Jolly founded the
agency, Jim Jolly Sales, in 1975 after spending over 30 years in the Plumbing
and PVF marketplace. His credentials included being a National Accounts Manager
for the Crane Supply Company as well as a Sales Manager for Wolverine Tube
Manufacturing. He prided and committed himself to being a salesman that
delivered the highest levels of Customer Support and Service throughout his
career. These ideas and beliefs have kept the company moving on an upward track
since he retired in 1999. |

Jim, the son of James A.
Jolly, joined the firm in 1988 as an outside salesman. During the 1990's he
helped to guide the company into other venues such as the Water & Sewer,
Irrigation, Municipal, and Industrial markets. He currently covers the Northern
Illinois, Eastern Wisconsin, and Iowa territories for the agency. His present
duties include; calling on Wholesalers, Engineers, Municipalities, and
Contractors for the purpose of marketing, specifying, and promoting the
Company's diverse product lines. Jim is a 1985 graduate from Carthage College
in Kenosha Wisconsin.

John joined the Jim Jolly Sales
organization as a sub-contractor in April of 1997, he is responsible for
all products represented by the agency in south Chicagoland, downstate
Illinois, and Indiana. Prior to his association with Jim Jolly Sales, John was
associated with Advance Drainage Systems as Regional Engineer, with Armco
Construction Products Division as Sales Engineer, and Black & Veatch
Consulting Engineers as Design Engineer. John is a registered professional
engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Dave
joined the Jim Jolly Sales organization as a sub-contractor in September of
2004. He is responsible fro all products represented by the agency in
Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Western Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.
Dave is the Founder and President of DCMC Sales and was previously a
Specification/New Product Manager for a local Waterworks Supply House. Dave is
a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Dawn
joined the Jim Jolly Sales organization in May of 2003. She is currently in
charge of the Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Shipping departments for the
corporation. Her past experience includes being a store manager for the Sbarro
restaurant chain.

Will
Grabarek joined Jim Jolly Sales, Inc. as a Customer Service/Outside Salesman in
February of 2006. He is primarily responsible for expanding opportunities in
the Irrigation and Plumbing Markets. His territory includes Illinois,
Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Will has over eight years of experience in the
Residential, Commercial, and Golf Irrigation Industry.
He was previously employed by TPEC as a Customer Service/Purchasing Manager.
